This website offers clothing products.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR.

We are not VAT payers, therefore prices do not include VAT.

We use secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Available payment methods:
- Credit / debit card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Cash on delivery (COD)

All online payments are securely processed. We do not store or access your payment details.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders via Packeta, payment is completed online before parcel pickup. The parcel can only be collected after successful payment.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped using Packeta to pickup points and parcel lockers only.

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery:
- Slovakia: 2–3 business days
- Hungary: 3–4 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over €60.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
