We ship all orders using Packeta, a reliable pickup-point delivery network.
Orders are delivered exclusively to Z-BOX parcel lockers and Packeta pickup points. Home delivery is not available.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

* Slovakia: 2–3 business days from dispatch
* Hungary: 3–4 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances.

* Hungary: €4–5 (final shipping cost is shown at checkout)

We offer free shipping on all orders over €60, automatically applied at checkout.

📍 Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel through the Packeta tracking system.
