Refund policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.

 To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, a full refund will be issued after the item has been returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item is returned in an undamaged and resellable condition, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.
